Opening directly onto the beach, our three-story clubhouse serves as the central point for guests to eat, drink, and relax. Moro, the ground floor restaurant helmed by Chef Federico Cappi, serves the freshest ingredients the area has to offer, and has seating for both large groups and intimate dinners. Modern and relaxed, the clubhouse is adjacent to the beachside bar, where guests can sip cocktails late into the night.
The restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner and sources foods locally and seasonally whenever possible. Our chef continues to evolve the menu with the environment in mind, and we do our best to use every part of the ingredients we buy.
Simplicity and fresh flavors are the focus of our passionate chefs, with particular emphasis on locally caught seafood. The fish is caught by local fishermen and delivered directly to our beach, and our fruit and vegetables are organically and locally grown.
Head chef Federico Cappi’s menu channels the fresh simplicity of the Mediterranean and the vibrant flavors of Latin American. Frederico and his team make the food in Moro’s beachside open plan kitchen, infusing a feeling of Tulum into the simple and flavorful menu.
At the bar we put a Yucatan spin on classic cocktails by making our drinks with locally sourced ingredients. The beer and wine lists represent the best of Mexico and other international breweries and vineyards.
